We got there after the first group, which according to some was good that we did. The second group (the first one we heard) was um...strange. One of their songs inspired the title of this post, which Aerith said reguarding who could play their song better than they could. The 3rd person was more of a performance art piece with a projector and stuff, kind of like a Malkavian that thinks she's a Toreador. It was weird, but I really liked it, in a strange way.
But the Dresden Dolls were AMAZING! Great music and so much fun to watch. The way Amanda gets into the music and playing the piano really makes me think of Tori Amos. I am definatly going to try to see them when they play at the Iron Horse on Feb 3rd. Would write more, but am tired and need to go to bed.
