Call Center Representative (20.25 hours/week, Tuesday-Friday, 12:45pm- 5pm; every Saturday, 9am-12:15 PM) Position is responsible for performing transactions by phone, gathering information from members applying for loans, answering questions concerning products or services, cross-selling products and services, communicating with members by phone and e-mail, and referring calls to departments. Requirements include a high school diploma, knowledge of basic accounting, experience using a computer and a multi-line phone, and 1-3 years experience in a customer service position, preferably a financial institution. This position includes all benefits, such as health, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance, 401(k) plan, as well as paid vacations, sick days, and holidays.

File Clerk (up to 18 hours/week, mornings, Monday-Friday) Position is responsible for performing all filing duties, conducting research on members' accounts, creating loan files using Label Maker software, typing correspondence, coordinating mailings, picking up Credit Union mail at the Post Office daily, and other duties necessary to maintain loan files and Credit Union documents. Requirements include: high school diploma, computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, ability to alphabetize and file, ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and previous office experience.
