cupcakes and divas

Just finished baking 48 cupcakes. half chocolate. half vanillia. All based on the Magnolia Bakery's cookbook. tomorrow i will ice them. you should come visit to have cupcakes. they should be good. the batter was.

So, I recently bought a DivaCup and as I got my period last night, I got to test it out. I had a little bit of trouble inserting it the first time, but I got the hang of it pretty quickly.

This morning there was almost nothing in the cup. I had to trim the stem a bit because I could feel it sticking out a bit over the night.

Today at work I removed it around noon (it had been in for almost 6 hours). The blood only filled to a little bit above the second ridge on the bottom. (a large image of a DivaCup)

So I left it in for 10 hours after putting it back in (i'm getting better at both). It didn't fill up even halfway to the 1/4 oz mark. I guess I just don't bleed a lot.

But I'm in love with this thing. No leaks, no string, able to be left in for longer, reusable for up to 10 years, I could go on and on. EVERY woman who is mensturating should have one of these things. No, really. Go out and buy one right now!

Ok, me fall over go boom.
